While many Hondurans are fleeing their country for safety and better opportunities, Heidy Baca is staying home, believing she was made “for such a time as this.” Heidy lovingly ministers to others with food and shares her family recipes and memories in “For Such a Time as This: Flavors and Recipes from my Honduras.” Now others can enjoy a taste from their own home.
Sarah Kohnle (Missouri, USA) collaborated with Heidy to create this bilingual and colorful, international award-winning cookbook. The two women have been friends on the mission field for several years.
