In a few short chapters as the author of Godly CONTENTment I share some of what I have learned through eighty-two years of good and bad times.
28 years of the 59 years I was married I was almost secluded as a caregiver for four grandchildren, my father with cancer, my mother with Alzheimer’s Disease for 4 years, 14 years for my husband, an amputee with diabetes and heart disease. In those years I became content being a child of God, receiving all I needed and enough to share with others. What our heavenly Father gives is more valuable and satisfying than anything the world offers.
