Hayride & Chuck Wagon Dinner Saturday Night

CCWC is about praying, learning, networking, and having fun! Saturday night, weather permitting,
we're again planning a horse-drawn hayride
and chuck wagon dinner around a campfire.
Cost is $17 for those staying at the YMCA Saturday night in one of the lodges; $24 for others.
Pay at the conference.
It's a real memory-maker! Bring jeans and a jacket.

Teens Write!
 $35 (plus $10 commuter's fee if teen is not a Y member)
No charge if registered for one or more days of the conference.

Cancellations - Full refund less $50 through May 1. Emergencies: full refund.

Housing - You need to reserve your room directly with the YMCA. Click here for the lodging reservation form.  For prices and other information, click here.

Need Scholarship Help? - If you need financial help to attend, we suggest you first approach your church or a Christian friend so that you will also have someone to provide encouragement and accountability after the conference. If there is no one you can ask, click here for scholarship info and an application. A limited amount of scholarship help is available for up to half the cost of registration (including some pre- and during-conference working scholarships). We can also, when necessary, work out a time payment plan. No scholarship help is available for paid critiques, meals, and lodging. The Lord will provide a way if this is the year He wants you to come. Trust Him!

If you're writing a book from personal experience, click here for information on our Vickie Baker Memorial Scholarships. Deadline for applications is March 13.

And, exciting news . . .
The Cecil B. Murphey Foundation is making ten FULL scholarships available (registration and  lodging). Four scholarships will be awarded to active members of a Christian writers group on the recommendation of the group leader. Six other scholarships will be awarded (one each) to a member of ACFW, CWFI, CWGI, WW1, WW2, and AWSA. Click on Scholarships for more info.
